If you download or use Game or Services of ACTIONPAY ADVERTISING NETWORK LTD, you confirm that you are ready with all points of this Rules of Conduct. The following rules of conduct are mandatory for users of Game and Services:
Game chat rules of conduct
When you are using chat or voice communications, you are responsible for how you express yourself. You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others.
Hate speech and discriminatory language is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language. Threatening or harassing another player is always unacceptable, regardless of language used. Violating any of these expectations will result in chat and voice communications access restrictions. More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions up to game access restrictions.
You agree not to do any of the following while using League of Masters game chat or voice channels:
- Inappropriate language (including this in disguised form) is not welcome and will be sanctioned.
- Insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment are not tolerated on any level.
- Derogatory comments based on race, nationality, religion, culture, sex, or sexual preference are prohibited as well as allusion of racial or national supremacy and discriminative propaganda on any level is prohibited.
- Spamming or posting nonsensical messages is prohibited.
- Begging/Soliciting in any form is prohibited in all game chats and voice channels. Begging or soliciting includes but is not limited to: requesting users to transfer real money or in-game items
- All types of ads for sale, exchange, or other options for the transfer of accounts from one user to another are prohibited in all game chats and channels.
- Distribution of user’s personal information without their consent is prohibited.
- Attempting to extort information from users including information necessary for the use of their account is prohibited.
- Discussion on, or linking to illegal activities, such as illicit drugs, is prohibited.
- The linking of, or discussion on, websites dedicated to vulgar, racist, abusive, illegal or linking to the resources that contain such advertisement or content is prohibited.
- Discussion on, or linking to cheats, hacks, Trojan horses, or malicious programs is prohibited. If you suspect that a cheat or hack exists or have any other problems or concerns on these topics, provide the necessary information to technical support.
- Chat and voice messages as well as other content which have an association with sexuality, pedophilia, sexual abuse; or have an offensive connection to the human body or bodily functions is prohibited
- Death threats and other threats of violence in real life, directed either against individual users, moderators or administration of the project, are prohibited.
- All types of advertising messages that are not related to League of Masters are prohibited in all game chats and voice channels.
- Mentioning and discussing of other games is permitted, but it should be discontinued if the character of the discussion turns into a direct promotion of another gaming project.
- Discussion of social, religious, political, illegal or other controversial topics that may create offense is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to topics prone to big argument or negative portrayal of religious and political figures.
- Discussion of decisions or sanctions made by Moderators or Administration in all game chats and channels is prohibited.
- Any statements or other actions that violate any applicable laws or regulations are strictly prohibited and will be strongly suppressed.
- The use of copyrighted, trademarked, patented, classified, or restricted material or information and the violation of any rights of any party, including rights of privacy or publicity is prohibited.
Official Language
The official language of the In-Game General Chat (and all other chats that are not language-specific) is English. Players who wish to communicate in their native language are urged to do so in channels created specifically for their language.
Naming rules
Any name the player has the ability to customize—such as nicknames and guild names—must be appropriate and inoffensive. Any name that violates these standards will be changed, and additional limitations may be placed on the offending user per our discretion.
You must not create nicknames or guild names which are prohibited:
- Nicknames and guild names that contain profanity, including its abbreviated form as well as that contain insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment.
- Nicknames and guild names which have (in any way) racist or nationalistic implications which may create offense to a certain nation, ethnic, religious or racial group as well as that contain an allusion of racial or national supremacy, as well as discriminative propaganda on any level.
- Nicknames and guild names that refer to social, religious, political, illegal, or other controversial topics and are likely to create offense, including topics prone to big argument, or provoking strong negative reaction/association, or promoting national/ethnic/religious hatred.
- Nicknames and guild names which have an association with sexuality, pedophilia, sexual abuse; or have an offensive connection to the human body or bodily functions as well as which contain nudity, sexually explicit material or content that is otherwise deemed inappropriate or obscene/vulgar.
- Nicknames and guild names which make reference to addictive or illegal substances or their use, or any other illegal activities
- Nicknames and guild names that contain logotypes, symbols, emblems or figures connected in one way or another with organizations that violate or violated laws and regulations
- Nicknames and guild names that contain reference to current mainstream religions that may create offense
- Nicknames and guild names that are connected or associated in any fashion with negative historical or political personalities, first of all those who are judged by international courts for crimes against humanity, those that generally arouse feelings of suffering or disgust in the majority of people, as well as members of currently existing terrorist organizations.
- Nicknames and guild names that contain unprintable words or abbreviations, or which are unreadable
- Any attempt to create nicknames or guild names similar or associated in any fashion with Administration of the game
- Nicknames and guild names that negatively portrays the project staff, or administration as well as nicknames and guild names
Cheating
Using third-party programs to automate any facet of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating and strictly prohibited. Cheating in any fashion will result in game access restrictions. Scamming, account sharing, win-trading, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties.
